Google Photos and iCloud Photos don't let other apps copy a whole library. Export them with Google Takeout or the Photos app into a connected cloud or a folder, and Kept picks them up.

No card to sign up. More space is $10 a month for every 500 GB.
Go past 20 GB and Kept asks for a card, then gives you 500 GB. The first 3 days are free, so you can try it with more of your files. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. If you cancel, uploads pause, and 30 days later Kept deletes the files you added last until you're back at 20 GB. We email you before anything is deleted.
Your files are private to you
